LPN

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; Consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure.

Is personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements.

Stand/Walk most of the time on duty;

Significant amount of bending and stooping, as well as lifting and turning patients with assistance;

Push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds.

Basic Life Support certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

LPN-IV Certification must be previously completed or successful completion of course within 3 months of hire for LPNs in the state of practice.

One or more of the certifications below may be required based on the position/unit hired to, or acquisition of certification within department required timeframe: - ACLS/ALS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - PEARS (Pediatric Assessment Recognition and Stabilization) - S.T.A.B.L.E. (Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work, And Emotional Support) Six Assessment & Care Modules - Other unit-specific certifications as required.

$2090 per week.

7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Some weekends.

Shifts per Week: 3

14 days maximum time off

Registered Nurse

12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

2 years of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).

Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license (required after submission).

COVID vaccination required after submission.

At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required

BLS (Basic Life Support)

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)

3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.

Tele experience would be beneficial but is not a requirement

Basic tele experience is a plus.
