Bachelor's degree in materials science, chemistry, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant laboratory experience.
Hands-on experience with testing and associated instrumentation such as microscopes, ICP-OES, ICP-MS, and gas analyzers.
Ability to plan and prioritize tasks and responsibilities in a dynamic laboratory environment.
Demonstrated ability to perform analyses and design experiments with some supervision.
Comfort working a late shift schedule as required.
Experience in laboratory disciplines such as chemistry, biology, or quality control.
Experience working in environments governed by formal standards, such as ISO-based quality systems.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
Ability to work independently within defined procedures while contributing to team-based projects.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for documenting results and collaborating with colleagues.
Interest in process improvement and equipment troubleshooting within a laboratory setting.
