Previous residential HVAC installation or new construction experience required
Working knowledge of HVAC equipment, duct systems, refrigerant piping, ventilation, and controls.
Ability to read blueprints, construction plans, and installation specifications.
Understanding of residential construction processes and jobsite requirements.
Ability to use HVAC installation tools, power tools, ladders, and testing equipment safely.
Ability to work independently while maintaining production expectations.
Ability to climb ladders and work in attics, crawlspaces, mechanical rooms, and other confined areas.
Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, reach, climb, and stand for extended periods.
Ability to work in hot, cold, dusty, and changing construction environments.
Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and HVAC equipment.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
