3+ years of experience in production planning in a manufacturing setting is required
Experience expediting parts and products through the manufacturing process
Experience participating in inventory management and lead time planning
Planning of foundry, machining, or fabrication areas/activities is required
MRP experience including forecasting and stocking levels is required
SAP is preferred
Strong communication skills to work with both domestic and international project teams
Strong product/parts knowledge and understanding of manufacturing, purchasing and planning process
Technical background/ability to interpret blueprints
Lean inventory management process
Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills
Customer interface experience is required
