High School diploma or GED.
Successful completion of a Mechanical and Electrical Aptitude Assessment
HVAC certification is considered an asset
Millwright experience in an industrial or food manufacturing environment
Proven experience maintaining high-speed packaging equipment in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing settings
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, and automated systems
Practical experience with conveyors, bulk material handling systems, welding, and fabrication
Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and blueprints to diagnose and complete repairs effectively
This is a full-time permanent role on the 2nd shift, which operates Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays. Overtime may be available
