The base salary range for this position in Ohio (US-OH) at the start of employment is expected to be between $65,000 and $93,000 per year.

2nd Shift

Flexibility across shifts and work areas is essential

Scheduled overtime may be required

This position is primarily assigned to 2nd Shift

Flexibility to transition between shifts, departments, and work areas is essential

Scheduled overtime may be required based on operational demand.

Flex between shifts, buildings, and fabrication work areas as needed based on staffing, schedule changes, or emergent operations.

Work scheduled overtime to support production continuity and customer commitments.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Two (2) year of relevant experience in a supervisory role

Strong background in heavy fabrication, fitting, welding, and machining operations.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

All candidates must be U.S. citizens.

Selected applicants are required to successfully complete a pre-employment check and drug screening.

The position may require the ability to obtain and maintain applicable federal eligibility requirements for access to classified/sensitive information or matter which involves an extensive criminal and financial background investigation, drug test, previous employment, and reference verifications.

Ideally within a unionized heavy-manufacturing or fabrication environment.

AWS CWI certification, WQI-1 qualification, welding hands on experience, NDT certifications

Bachelor's degree is a plus.
