Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in quality engineering, regulatory compliance, product certification, or manufacturing quality.

Proven experience managing DOT, federal, state, or other regulatory approval and certification processes.

Strong quality engineering experience with hands-on experience in manufacturing environments.

Experience with quality systems, including CAPA, root cause analysis, FMEA, control plans, and process validation.

Demonstrated experience supporting manufactured products, production processes, supplier quality, inspections, and quality controls.

Experience coordinating product qualification, validation, durability, environmental, or compliance testing with internal teams or thirdparty laboratories.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Experience working with DOT, government agencies, testing laboratories, or certification bodies.

Experience working with infrastructure, transportation, construction products, or other regulated industries is preferred.

Familiarity with AutoCAD and SolidWorks for reviewing and understanding product designs.

Experience with ERP systems, with Epicor familiarity preferred.

Exposure to durability, environmental, and compliance testing methodologies.

Starting salary range for position: $86,000 - $90,000

Paid Vacation: Three (3) weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year.
