3 years minimum of experience in the pressure vessel field or equivalent training in the heavy equipment or construction field

Must be able to obtain government security clearance.

The position may require the ability to obtain and maintain applicable federal eligibility requirements for access to classified/sensitive information or matter which involves an extensive criminal and financial background investigation, drug test, previous employment, and reference verifications.

Bachelor of Science Degree preferred in Welding Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or other engineering field

$2,000 sign-on bonus for all new production hires

$22-27/hr to start, based on skillset

2nd Shift, 3:00pm - 1:30am Monday through Thursday, some overtime on Fridays as needed

Minimum high school diploma, GED or equivalent school with relevant work experience

Minimum 1-3 years of welding training/experience

Ability to lift at least 40 lbs. regularly and bend, squat, walk or stand for extended periods of time

All production employees are also required to wear steel toe boots with met guards.

3+ years of welding experience
