Flexible scheduling

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET.

A minimum of 20 hours per week

Certification runs for 10 days, Monday-Friday, from 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET

You'll need a quiet, dedicated workspace

Access to high-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or Satellite, please)

A PC with Windows 11 (Macs and Chromebooks are not supported at this time)

At least 8GB of RAM, with at least 4GB available for use

A processor capable of reliably running all required software and programs simultaneously

Up-to-date antivirus software

Dual monitors, each capable of displaying at least 1024 x 768 pixels

A USB noise-cancelling headset

A webcam for your Certification experience

A smart phone to facilitate dual-factor authentication

Each independent contractor services a minimum of 20 hours per week

At least one year of experience in a call center customer service environment is preferred

Medical office, pharmacy, or non-clinical medical experience is very helpful

The hourly rate for this position is $16.76 per hour.

This position is also eligible for a variable incentive plan.

High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.

Experience using various tools, including Manual/electric/pneumatic tools, drill press, press brake, fork truck, jib crane, template/fixtures, hand carts, measuring and testing equipment, storage/packaging materials, and prescribed safety equipment.

1 or more years of manufacturing, production, construction, industrial, or military experience OR a degree in a technical discipline

Forklift driver certification

1 or more years of experience with supply chain systems (AS400, MAPICS)

1 or more years of experience in electrical equipment manufacturing and assembly (panelboards/switchboards preferred)

1 or more years of experience in electrical equipment maintenance/installation
