High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in production planning, materials planning, purchasing, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, inventory management, procurement, and supply chain fundamentals.
Experience utilizing ERP/MRP systems to support planning and procurement activities.
Knowledge of Kanban systems, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong experience managing complex product families within a manufacturing environment.
Experience with S&OP;, Master Scheduling, Capacity Planning, and Inventory Optimization.
Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, production documentation, bills of material, and engineering drawings.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
