The ability to learn and perform all job functions of the Converting Utility Operator and train.
The ability to read, comprehend and interpret written and graphic instructions on factory work orders, factory print cards and to understand design specifications.
The ability to write, read a tape measure in 1/16 increments, general mathematical knowledge including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Follow instructions as well as work as a team member.
Be willing to assist on all converting machines.
High School diploma or GED
May be required to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) occasionally.
Standing up to 12 hours per day and walking to and from various machines and locations throughout the facility.
Ability to grasp objects with hands and fingers.
Ability to repetitively bend and twist at trunk level.
