Track and report maintenance KPIs including reliability, PM compliance, and OEE

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Lead troubleshooting efforts and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process issues
Proficient with Microsoft Office
2+ years of maintenance leadership or lead experience
Ammonia refrigeration, boilers, compressed air systems
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM – 7:00/8:00 AM | Rotating weekends
Mechanical and electrical systems (PLCs, controls, instrumentation)
Supervise and support Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians
Ensure continuity of operations during absences or off-shift coverage
Oversee maintenance personnel
Maintain maintenance schedules, work orders, and inventory records
Ability to work extended hours and rotating weekends
Lead third-shift maintenance operations
Massachusetts-specific legal references (for compliance) may be reviewed but not recited as requirements
Ensure safety, regulatory, and documentation requirements
On-site 3rd shift (Denison, IA) located manufacturing facility
Coordinate maintenance activities with Production to minimize downtime

Accurately complete production documentation and performs necessary labor transactions
Normally follows established procedures on routine work
Requires instructions on new assignments
Operate and do daily/weekly checks on equipment
Read blueprints in order to verify work was completed properly
