Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required
Minimum five (5) or more years in a shipyard production environment preferably in US Navy repair or new construction shipyards
PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications preferred
OSHA-10 (Company May Provide)
Knowledge of resource loading, critical path method, network logic, milestone relationships and base-lining network schedules
Basic understanding and knowledge of legal contracts
Ability to do simple math
Ability to carry out written and verbal instructions
Ability to problem solve, organize and prioritize work
Knowledge of NAVSEA standard items
Proficient with Earned Value Management System
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Most work conducted in an office environment
Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, twisting, squatting
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 50+ pounds (50 lbs occasionally, 25 lbs frequently, 10 lbs constantly)
Lifting includes from floor to waist, waist to shoulder, waist to overhead
Ability to climb stairs and ladders
May be required to wear a respirator
