Starting salary range for position: $96,000-$130,000

Bonus: Annual – Based upon individual contribution and overall, Company performance

Paid Vacation: Three (3) weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year.

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or mechanical engineering technology from an accredited college or university

5 + years in an industrial paper and/or corrugating environment or design engineering environment

AutoCAD expertise

Ability to travel 80% of the time

Can reside anywhere in lower 48 states with good access to reliable air transportation

Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence and persuade others

Excellent organization and planning skills

Ability to work well with consulting engineers, local utility providers, and local authorities having jurisdiction

Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and AutoCAD (or similar)

AutoCAD – creating drawings, general arrangements, concept layout, piping schematic/iso, basic civil/structural construction drawings

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $118000.00/yr.

Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering.

Current Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) license.

At least 3 years of transportation project experience.

Proficiency in MicroStation and/or Geopak for transportation and roadway design.

Experience working on projects with state departments of transportation, tollway authorities, or municipalities.

Strong background in transportation engineering, including roadway and highway design.

Ability to work collaboratively with other team members on multidisciplinary projects.

Ability to communicate effectively with clients on the phone and in person.

Solid understanding of applicable engineering codes, standards, and accepted practices.

Experience in transportation design for agencies such as IDOT and ISTHA, as well as various counties and municipalities.

Knowledge of civil engineering principles related to roadway design, transportation systems, and infrastructure.

Interest in training under senior engineers to further develop expertise and advance toward or within PE licensure.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline; equivalent experience will be considered.

Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineering, architecture, or operations.

Extensive hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/IdentityNow).

Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access governance, and compliance requirements.

Experience developing integrations using REST APIs, SCIM, JDBC, web services, and SailPoint connector frameworks.

Experience with scripting and automation using technologies such as PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, BeanShell, or similar languages.

Strong understanding of directory services and identity platforms including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.

Advanced degree and/or relevant professional certifications preferred.

Proven experience implementing and supporting enterprise-scale SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity Security Cloud environments.

Expertise designing and supporting lifecycle management workflows, provisioning and deprovisioning solutions, and automated identity governance processes.

Experience integrating HR systems, including Workday, and implementing HR-driven identity lifecycle management capabilities.

Strong experience configuring ISC sources, identity profiles, transforms, provisioning policies, identity mappings, and identity correlation processes.

Experience managing access certification campaigns, RBAC models, role mining initiatives, segregation of duties controls, and policy enforcement frameworks.

Knowledge of SailPoint ISC Virtual Appliances, hybrid identity architectures, and cloud application connectivity strategies.

Proven ability to troubleshoot synchronization issues, integration failures, provisioning
