5 + years of maintenance experience in an automated or high-volume distribution environment.

Start rate: $34.15 Per Hour during the New Hire Orientation Period - normally 90 calendar days, then increases to $35.95 Per Hour.

This position is on our "T1" 2x2x5x5 shift: Monday, Thursday, and Friday (Week 1) 7:00AM to 7:00PM; and Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Week 2) 7:00AM to 7:00PM.

Overtime is often required.

Must have full working set of essential mechanical tools.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Minimum of 1 year of experience with duties commonly associated with that of a mechanic/mechanical maintenance person.

Working knowledge of computers.

Valid Driver License.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Eligible candidate must be a: U.S. citizen, U.S. national, person lawfully admitted for permanent residence, temporary resident under sections 210(a) or 245(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, person admitted in refugee status, or person granted asylum.

Technical Degree in the area of expertise from an accredited college or technical school preferred and may substitute for 1 year of experience.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, MechatronicsEngineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or relatedengineering discipline from an ABET-accredited program.

3+ years of experience in controls engineering, automationengineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related role.

Ignition experiencepreferred.

Experience with 3D printing, fixture design, and rapid prototyping is aplus.

Experience with machine vision systems is preferred.

Experience with Beckhoff controls is a plus.

Experience with machine safety systems, risk assessments, and safety PLCs isa plus.

Experience in a high-volume automated manufacturing environment ispreferred.
