Ability to underwrite a transaction
Ability to analyze financial statements in terms of cash flow, debt service, projection analysis and trend analysis
Ability to analyze cash flow, leverage and other financial metrics
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
A minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial credit involving complex transactions
Experience in asset based lending required both in underwriting and monitoring
