Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace, or related field OR equivalent hands-on PCB layout experience
Experience with PCB layout (internship or project experience acceptable)
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and operate in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work across disciplines
Working knowledge of Multilayer PCB construction, controlled impedance fundamentals, and grounding / return path behavior
Exposure to high frequency (up to 31 GHz) RF PCB layout
Experience with PCB design tools (OrCAD preferred)
Familiarity with BluePrint and ODB++ generation
Knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-6012, IPC-2221, IPC-7351)
