Graduate of Physical Therapy program from an accredited university.
Licensure in the state in which providing therapy (NC/SC); CPR certification.
Minimum 1 year.
Requires significant locomotion, frequent lifting greater than 50 lbs and transferring patients greater than 100lbs.
36-hour work weeks, variable Friday - Sunday or Saturday -Monday and holidays as needed.
Must have a valid driver's license
An operational vehicle.
