Experience welding steel using GMAW (MIG) and/or FCAW in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions.
Working knowledge of weld quality standards and the ability to perform basic visual inspections.
Ability to safely use overhead cranes, hoists, and material-handling equipment (or willingness to be trained).
Strong commitment to safety, including consistent use of PPE and adherence to hot-work requirements.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning materials.
Reliable attendance and the ability to work assigned shifts (including weekends, if applicable).
