Use of basic measuring tools accurately.
Troubleshoots mechanical aptitude and equipment issues.
Wears required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and steel-toe footwear.
Safely lift, move, and handle steel materials and work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.
Works scheduled hours, including overtime when required.
Mechanical, welding, machining, or industrial manufacturing experience.
Experience with rebar fabrication software or CNC programming systems.
Experience in a reinforcing steel fabrication facility.
Experience with construction, manufacturing, distribution, retail, or transportation industries.
Prolonged periods of walking and working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping.
Frequently bend, reach, climb, and work around industrial equipment.
Lift and move materials as required by the position.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, steel materials, and varying temperatures.
The ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods.
Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds at times, occasionally lift/move up to 100 pounds, and push and/or pull 50 pound loads at a time.
Must be able to work in various types of weather.
