Master's preferred
Experience in automotive (especially EV), marine, robotics, defense, or ruggedized platforms
High-voltage/high-power systems experience (100V+ DC) an acceptable alternate strength path to board debug plus automation
Personal coding projects or demonstrated interest in electronics/programming outside of work
Mechanical hobbyist background
Systems engineering or requirements-writing background
Experience testing highly configurable, high-variant products
Has spent time in an R&D; environment building and owning test systems from scratch rather than inheriting systems provided by a customer.
Active personal coding projects or GitHub presence (as a hobby, not a job requirement)
Mechanical hobbyist background (e.g., personally repairs own vehicle)
Systems engineering or requirements-writing background
Experience testing a highly configurable or high-variant product line
Background at an EV company, marine/boat company, or home power/battery systems company
