Hands-on training

Good working knowledge of Fiber Telecommunications Construction

Familiarity with splicing equipment

Knowledge of management reporting fundamentals

3+ of experience in the fiber / telecommunications / telecom construction industry

Supervision of construction and/or splicing crews

Familiarity with instruments used to splice, test and/or run trouble on outside plant fiber cabling

Strong Microsoft Office computer skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Must have a valid unrestricted driver's license of at least 2 years.

Must pass a background check

Working up to 10 hrs a week - Flexible Shift Days/Flexible Shift Early Morning or Afternoons

Shift Days: Flexible - working 2 to 5 hr shifts

This position requires on-site presence at WMHS customer locations and compliance with all mandatory immunization requirements imposed by such customers

Valid Driver's License

Position requires extensive lifting, walking, bending, and pushing.

Must be able to lift up to 65 pounds and push and/or pull carts weighing as much as 500 pounds.

This role is designated as safety sensitive and will require the successful candidate to strictly comply with all safety rules and protocols.

As part of the ongoing employment requirements, the successful candidate may be subject to drug and alcohol testing—including pre‑employment screening, post‑incident evaluations, reasonable suspicion checks, and random testing—in accordance with government regulations and company policies.

2 years industry related experience in a customer service capacity preferred, or the equivalent in related work experience

Rotating / Swing - 1st: 7:00AM -3:00PM, 2nd: 3:00PM – 11:00PM & 3rd: 11:00PM – 7:00AM
