Proven experience leading automation projects (robotics, material handling, fastening, vision, or similar) from concept through launch
Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of projects with clear priorities, timing, and budget control

Ability to perform assembly tasks from design drawing and written or verbal work instruction.

Certifications such as ASEC Mechanic License, CDL, fork truck operation, crane operation preferred.
Welding certification is a plus.
Higher Education Degree is a plus.
