High School Diploma or GED required.
3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
Experience supervising material handling, shipping, receiving, or warehouse personnel.
Experience operating or supervising the use of overhead cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
Experience using ERP/MRP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or inventory management software.
Working knowledge of shipping documentation, inventory control, and material flow processes.
Strong understanding of operational KPIs including safety, inventory accuracy, productivity, and on-time delivery.
Ability to walk throughout the manufacturing, warehouse, and shipping areas for extended periods.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to climb ladders, bend, squat, kneel, and safely navigate around large industrial equipment.
Ability to work safely around overhead cranes, forklifts, trailers, and other moving equipment.
