Flexible scheduling

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET.

A minimum of 20 hours per week

Certification runs for 10 days, Monday-Friday, from 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET

You'll need a quiet, dedicated workspace

Access to high-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or Satellite, please)

A PC with Windows 11 (Macs and Chromebooks are not supported at this time)

At least 8GB of RAM, with at least 4GB available for use

A processor capable of reliably running all required software and programs simultaneously

Up-to-date antivirus software

Dual monitors, each capable of displaying at least 1024 x 768 pixels

A USB noise-cancelling headset

A webcam for your Certification experience

A smart phone to facilitate dual-factor authentication

Each independent contractor services a minimum of 20 hours per week

At least one year of experience in a call center customer service environment is preferred

Medical office, pharmacy, or non-clinical medical experience is very helpful

Must be a US Person (US Citizen, person granted US Permanent Resident Card or any individual who is granted status as a "protected person")

Associates degree or 5 years' experience in a quality inspection role in lieu of degree

Familiar with Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, and web applications

Must be able to use scope, calipers, multimeter, and various test equipment

Take, edit, and catalog photos

Basic computer skills, including learning ERP software program

Certify and maintain certification for IPC-610, IPC-620, J-STD

May require lifting to 40 lbs

Standing for extended periods during product testing

All job offers are contingent on the applicant successfully completing the background check and drug screen

Familiarity with AS9100D, ISO9001:2008, AS9102, and SPC a plus

Five or more years of experience in the field of electronics
