Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field
A minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring individual service plans or treatment plans
Supervisory experience or at least five years of relevant IDD experience involving staff direction, service implementation, and monitoring
Proficiency with computers and electronic documentation systems
Knowledge of applicable residential licensing requirements and person-centered practices
Valid driver's license
Acceptable driving record
Ability to meet the Organization's automobile insurance requirements
Ability to successfully complete required background checks, TB screening, and mandatory training
Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or ability to obtain and maintain required certifications
Ability to perform the physical responsibilities of the position, including assisting individuals with personal care, responding to emergencies, and lifting up to 60 pounds
