High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to pass 3G FCAW test with open root
Demonstrated ability to weld on carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and AR plate.
Ability to read and interpret full engineering blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings.
5+ years of production welding and/or fabrication experience across multiple product types and materials in a custom fabrication environment.
Strong knowledge of safety protocols and practices in welding.
Capable of conducting weld inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with colleagues.
