Experience training, coaching, or supervising others in a retail, security, asset protection, or related environment.
Ability to identify, investigate, and respond to theft, fraud, safety, and policy-related incidents.
Knowledge of or ability to learn company policies and legal requirements related to apprehensions, searches, seizures, and evidence preservation.
Ability to complete required security training and maintain certifications required by law.
Ability to apprehend shoplifters and respond appropriately to incidents in a retail environment.
Maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality, and perform other duties as needed.
For jobs in New York, a current New York State Security Guard License is required.
Must be able to apprehend shoplifters.
Ability to sustain long periods of time enclosed in surveillance areas.
Frequently lift/move up to 30lbs.
Requires close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
