Mechanical assembly experience with attention to detail and quality.
Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and BOMs.
Proficiency using torque tools, calipers, measurement gauges, and basic mechanical equipment.
Experience working with PCBAs and sensitive electronic assemblies.
Familiarity with mechanical testing methods and associated safety requirements.
Knowledge of ESD, safety, and applicable manufacturing standards.
Basic understanding of electrical connections, grounding, and cable routing.
ERP system experience for documenting build progress and part usage.
Previous mechanical assembly experience in an electronics or manufacturing environment.
Proficiency using hand tools, torque tools, and measurement instruments.
Experience assembling products containing PCBAs or electronic components.
Knowledge of ESD, safety, and manufacturing quality standards.
Ability to read and understand technical documentation (drawings, schematics, work instructions).
Exposure to mechanical or pressure-related testing processes.
Experience with ERP or digital documentation systems.
High school diploma or equivalent;
Minimum of 2 years of experience assembling complex electromechanical products, including installation of PCBAs, cabling, ECUs, and mechanical hardware.
