The base pay for this position generally is between $30,400.00 and $50,400.00

Commission earnings target starting at $65,000

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience

Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned territories and company facilities

Ability to work independently with little or no supervision

A valid driver's license, car insurance, a satisfactory driving record, and the use of a reliable personal vehicle

2+ years sales or relevant work experience

Success in a previous sales position, prospecting or cold calling; direct sales experience is preferred

Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services, with an emphasis on data networking fundamentals and ability to educate consumers on related products and services as needed

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or 3 to 5 years of equivalent purchasing experience.

Hands-on experience managing suppliers, purchase orders, material requirements, and delivery performance.

Experience negotiating supplier pricing, contracts, or commercial terms.

Experience working with an ERP system. SAP experience is a plus.

Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.

Ability to manage multiple suppliers, priorities, and purchasing projects at the same time.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships with suppliers and internal teams.

APICS, CPIM, or purchasing certification is a plus.

Must be eligible to receive information controlled under International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) requirements.

SAP experience is a plus
