Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement

In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard

5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Master's degree or advanced coursework in relevant engineering or systems engineering fields

Prior role as a systems or design engineer on commercial transport aircraft, with knowledge of ARP4754A

Proficiency with Systems Engineering tools such as DOORS, Cameo, Jira, or similar

Strong oral and written communication skills - able to comprehend and discuss technical content with diverse stakeholders

Experience working with cross-functional teams and applying systems thinking to resolve complex issues

Knowledge of engineering change process and regulatory compliance requirements

Certification in systems engineering (e.g. INCOSE ASEP)
