The ideal candidate will possess strong machining expertise, CNC programming knowledge, and experience supporting high-volume manufacturing operations, including Okuma mills and lathes.
Extensive CNC machining experience in a production manufacturing environment.
Experience with CNC mills and lathes, particularly Okuma machining platforms.
Ability to read, write, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs utilizing G-Code and M-Code.
Experience leading continuous improvement and capital projects within machining operations.
Experience supporting disassembly and reconditioning operations for engines, turbochargers, automotive, heavy equipment, or similar mechanical components is strongly preferred.
Utilize structured problem-solving methodologies including A3, 5 Why, Fishbone, and data-driven analysis techniques.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, fixtures, and process optimization.
