Set up and monitoring of the Coating Machines
Prepare the coating system, load, unload the chamber, change the magnetic systems, and input process parameters in the operator screen
Pre-treat a variety of customer products using standardized methods to prepare products for coating
Oversee and assemble chamber loads based on customer specifications
Make critical processing decisions, to initiate the coating process
Disassembling and reconfiguring the chamber for subsequent loads
High School graduate or GED or equivalent experience
Prior machine operator experience preferred
Effective verbal /writing skills
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of products
Strong communication skills
Individual must have strong work ethic, be detail-oriented, and creative
Must be energetic, goals-driven, result-oriented, and high-energy to be effective in this role
The employee is frequently required to repetitively use/reach with hands and arms
The employee is regularly required to stand for extended periods of time, sit, walk, and move about the facility
The employee may be required to lift, stack, push, pull and/or move items weighing up to 40 pounds
Ability to concentrate on a given tasks and not be distracted
Ability to read and see details at close range
Ability to work safely with a variety of chemicals and gases
