High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 5 years of field experience in HVAC, chiller service, or related mechanical systems.
Demonstrated experience servicing and troubleshooting:
* Air-cooled chillers
* Water-cooled chillers
* Screw compressors
* Centrifugal compressors
* Hydronic systems
* Cooling towers
* Pumps and associated mechanical systems
Working knowledge of control systems and building automation systems.
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical documentation.
Strong knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures, electrical safety practices, and safe work methods.
EPA certification required.
Valid driver's license required with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including extended shifts, weekends, or holidays as business needs require.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to climb ladders and work in elevated or confined spaces, including rooftops, mechanical rooms, and equipment platforms.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods.
Ability to work in varying environmental and job site conditions.
Ability to work extended hours during critical events, outages, startup activities, or deployment assignments.
Safety Sensitive roles may require that you pass additional drug screening.
