Experience with **retail operations, sales, P &L;, merchandising, inventory, customer service, scheduling, and loss prevention**.

Ability to analyze performance and implement strategies that improve sales and profitability.

Proficiency with **Microsoft Office, Excel, POS systems, retail technology, and inventory management systems**.

Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and a **50-hour workweek** based on business needs.

Must meet federal requirements to qualify for a **Federal Firearms License (FFL)** , when applicable.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Ability to navigate all areas of the store, including stairs and outdoor areas.

**2+ years of retail management, store management, general management, or retail leadership experience preferred.**

BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields

Current BCBA, Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required

Proficient in systems such as Central Reach

The first two weeks in the role will be spent in an instructor lead classroom training environment, followed by two weeks of hands-on training with experienced Team Members to ensure success.

Proficiency in utilizing multiple tools/systems simultaneously

Experience working in customer service, collections or call center environments
