BS in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field

7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment involving assembly, welding/fabrication, and machining required

Ability to interpret complex drawings and specifications, including a solid understanding of GD&T.

Practical understanding of SAP or equivalent MRP software as well as Siemens NX CAD software or equivalent preferred

Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization

Demonstrable leadership qualities in a team environment through assertiveness, dialogue and coordinating timely actions within the department and by outside influencers

Solid understanding of root cause analysis and corrective/preventative action methods, exposure to lean concepts, MRP systems, quality control systems

Experience with turbines, prototype manufacturing, or new product development is highly desirable

PM experience is a plus

Siemens NX CAD software or equivalent preferred

Bachelor's degree in engineering, material science, or closely related discipline

3+ years of proven experience in metal additive manufacturing

Knowledge of metal additive manufacturing, machining, heat treatment, and inspection

Experience working in an ISO 9001:2015 / AS9100 certified facility

Experience in reading and interpreting specifications, statements of work, and part drawings

In compliance with U.S. Government technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), candidates must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State

Aerospace and Defense experience preferred

Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences and exhibitions (approx. 10%)

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Technology is required.

Five years' experience in a Manufacturing environment is required.

Minimum 3-5 years engineering experience is required.

Experience working in ERP business system, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, AutoCAD or Solid Edge or similar design software experience is required.

3D modeling experience is a plus.

Experience with CNC machinery such as lathes, VMCs, and HMCs.

Experience in CNC programming and high mix-low volume a plus.

Welding and fabrication is a plus.
