Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 7-10 years of engineering experience, with relevant current focus on thermal system management on data center cooling.
Extensive experience in thermal design for IT hardware, electronics, or data centers.
Deep understanding of single-phase and two-phase cooling technologies.
Thermal system experience working with high-power processors and accelerators (CPUs, GPUs).
Engineering background in data center/high-tech design is required.
Strong thermal/fluid energy and/or controls background is a plus.
Ability to speak and write in English.
Able to effectively use Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
