Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
MBA preferred
Proven track record of identifying, structuring, negotiating, and successfully managing complex, high-value partnerships, joint development agreements, memorandum or understandings (MoUs) or go-to-market alliances
Extensive experience in business development, strategic alliances, or corporate strategy, preferably in the technology sector
Proven track record of negotiating and managing complex partnerships
Strong financial acumen and experience evaluating new business models
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels
Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment serving mission critical customers
Engineering background in data center/high-tech design is required
Experience with PLC controls is a plus
Experience with onsite power generation and/or backup power distribution is a plus
Knowledge of HVAC products, components, and systems is desired
Strong thermal/fluid energy and/or controls background is a plus
Strong technical skills with a natural curiosity and enthusiasm to learn and develop new skills
