Minimum 2+ years of experience leading or managing software engineering teams

Experience leading technical design sessions and driving engineering decisions.

Experience within Financial Services, Banking, or highly regulated industries.

Experience supporting customer-facing digital products at scale.

Experience delivering complex web applications.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern software delivery practices.

Earn up to USD $15 per hour

Payments are processed weekly on Tuesdays, covering tasks completed during the previous pay period (Tuesday to Monday at midnight UTC), via PayPal, AirTM, or ACH transfer.

For non-core work, such as during initial project onboarding or project overtime phases, lower rates apply.
