7:30am- 4pm; (four)10 hour shifts per week with on-call

Graduate from one of the following Accredited Education Programs required: • Registered Nurse (RN) • Registered Radiology Technology (RTR) • Registered Respiratory Therapy (RRT) • Registered Cardiac Invasive Specialist (RCIS) • Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) • Emergency Medical Technician – Paramedic (EMT-P) • Cardiovascular Tech (CVT) • Vascular Intervention (VI), required.

If RN, one (1) year of Critical Care, Emergency Services, Cath/EP Lab, or Special Procedures experience, required. If EMT-P, two (2) years of acute care hospital experience, required. If RTR, RRT, RCIS, RCES, CVT or VI one (1) year of experience, required.

Registered Nurse (RN)-North Carolina Board of Nursing License Registered Radiology Technologist (RTR) -ARRT Radiology OR Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic (EMT-P) credentialing/accreditation and/or Paramedic associate degree from an appropriately recognized Paramedic program. Or Technologist Registry OR Respiratory Therapist-licensed by the North Carolina Respiratory Care Board (NCRCB) AND Credentialed by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) as RRT. OR Registered Cardiac Invasive Specialist, Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist, Cardiovascular Tech, and Vascular Intervention-graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Program.

Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skill validation and competency testing.

Pass yearly Cardiac Dysrhythmias Test.

RCIS, Critical Care, or ED RN experience highly preferred

If the Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (CIS) is not an RN or an RTR with CI or VI certification, they must obtain either the Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) credential within 24 months of hire, or as soon as the minimum case volume required to sit for the exam is completed, whichever occurs first, for continued employment.

The salary range for this position is: $85,040 - $162,550**.

Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.

4 years of experience in financial crimes supporting and participating in stakeholder consultation, needs assessment, requirement translation and prescription of technology solutions.

Previous experience gathering business requirements and applying business rules to recommend technology solutions.

Demonstrated experience using fraud rules management to reduce or mitigate loss and fraud exposures.

Knowledge of data analysis tools, data visualization, developing analysis queries and procedures in SQL, SAS, BI tools or other analysis software, and relevant industry data & methods and ability to connect external insights to business problems.

Knowledge of bank laws and regulations related to money movement and /or payments, including but not limited to Reg E, Reg CC, UDAAP, FACTA and Reg Z.

Fraud strategy experience in money movement space.

Experience using fraud detection engine for strategy rule writing.

Familiar with writing fraud strategy related Wire, ACH and Zelle.
