Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
Minimum 10 years of finance experience.
Minimum 3 years of people-leadership experience, including leading and developing teams in a matrixed environment.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or Business from an accredited institution required
Command of commercial finance and FP&A; processes: revenue and orders planning, forecasting, profit planning, pricing and price entitlement, gross-to-net and incentives, mix and complexity management, product-line and customer profitability, and new product introduction return on investment.
Proficiency with financial systems and enterprise planning/analytics tools (e.g., Oracle, Vista, Hyperion/HFM, Encore, Power BI) and advanced Excel and presentation skills.
