5+ years of Product Management, Digital Product Management, or Product Owner experience.
Banking, financial services, or banking operations experience required.
Demonstrated experience managing technology products supporting internal users and operational workflows.
Strong Agile/Scrum experience, including backlog management and user story development.
Ability to engage in detailed technical discussions with software engineers, architects, and technology teams.
Experience gathering and translating business requirements into product features and capabilities.
Experience working in Omnichannel Release Management processes
Hands-on experience with:

Confluence
Agile delivery methodologies
Bachelors degree in business, computer science, design, or another human-centered field
