Each rotation is a **full-time, on-site assignment (40 hours per week)

Candidates must be actively pursuing at least a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.

Enrollment in a program that provides a solid foundation in engineering principles and problem-solving skills is required.

Candidates must be available to complete three rotations as part of the program

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in:

Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)

Engineering Technology or similar technical discipline

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with technical documentation or work instructions

Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment

Interest in process improvement, maintenance, or technical operations

Exposure to SAP or similar systems is a plus (not required)

Up to USD $15 per hour, paid weekly

Payments are processed weekly on Tuesdays, covering tasks completed during the previous pay period (Tuesday to Monday at midnight UTC), via PayPal, AirTM, or ACH transfer.

Rates vary based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project need, and other factors. For example, higher rates may be offered to PhDs. For non-core work, such as during initial project onboarding or project overtime phases, lower rates apply. Additional incentives data is based on payments made in the past six months and is updated quarterly. Certain projects offer incentive payments. Please review the payment terms for each project.

Rotating shift schedule that changes every 4 weeks

Shift length may be **8‑hour or 12‑hour shifts** , depending on production needs.

**12‑Hour Shifts:** 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

**8‑Hour Shifts:**

**1st Shift:** 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

**2nd Shift:** 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

**3rd Shift:** 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

7+ years of experience working desktop management systems.

Deploying, maintaining, and expanding Azure AVD.

Deploying and maintaining Azure Intune

Deploying and maintaining Azure AD, Entra ID.

Maintaining Windows operating systems

PowerShell Scripting Required.

Management of Lenovo Laptop harware

Experience or familiarity with SharePoint

Ideally proficient with Nerdio AVD Enterprise management.
