1-3 years of experience in turbine assembly, mechanical maintenance, machining, fabrication, or a related industrial/manufacturing environment.
Experience performing turbine assembly operations including alignment, blading, seal installation/removal, welding, fabrication, and mechanical component adjustments.
Ability to operate material handling equipment and overhead cranes, including product movement, loading/unloading, and critical lift activities.
Knowledge of shop mathematics and the ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, charts, and work instructions.
Capable of using precision measuring instruments (calipers, gauges, micrometers, and related tools) to verify dimensions, tolerances, and product quality.
Experience setting up and operating manual machine tools such as lathes, Bridgeport mills, grinders, and similar equipment.
Proficient with computers for retrieving, recording, and reviewing product data and manufacturing documentation.
