Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Engineering Discipline
2+ years experience contributing to technical aspects of product design projects, validation testing, and root cause analysis
Deep expertise in commercial HVAC heating system design for gas-fired and/or electric heat products, including system architecture, component integration, thermal performance, and product development from concept through launch
Strong working knowledge of commercial HVAC heating codes, standards, and certification requirements, including ANSI Z21/CSA, UL/CSA, and IEC/EN requirements where applicable
Experience applying combustion safety, electrical safety, temperature limit, and abnormal operation requirements in product design, validation, and release
Proven ability to support product certification, qualification, and listing activities, including coordination with UL, CSA, AHRI, and other applicable certification or regulatory agencies
Validation, risk assessment, root cause investigation
