5+ years of experience implementing AI-enabled solutions, Copilot technologies, conversational agents, intelligent automation, or machine learning use cases within an enterprise environment

3+ years of experience leading technical teams with demonstrated success managing employees, developing talent, and delivering complex business technology initiatives

Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and governance best practices

Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment.

Proven ability to influence senior leaders, manage competing priorities, and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
