This position is fully onsite, Monday through Friday, at Sillus Technologies' HQ in the heart of vibrant West Los Angeles.

High School Diploma or GED

With a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in electronics assembly, inspection, or rework

Associate's degree in Electronics, with 1-2 years of relevant experience

Bachelor's degree in Electronics or a related field

Proficiency in the use of soldering equipment such as hand irons, bottom burners, and hot air stations.

Familiarity with basic test equipment (oscilloscope, DMM, power supply).

Proficient in Windows-based data entry and documentation tools.

Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts.

All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug test.

Occasional exposure to heat and cold.

Perform bending and reaching movements to place items on lower and higher shelves.

Kneeling or squatting to access lower shelves.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. when receiving incoming part shipments.

Walking/Moving in the labs.

Certified IPC Specialist (CIS) under IPC-A-610 or IPC J-STD 001.

Familiar with low-voltage and RF PCB assemblies.

Experience supporting R&D; or prototype environments.

Knowledge of ESD controls, calibration tracking, and safety procedures.

The hourly pay for this role is $19.65/hour, plus 8% shift premium for 2nd shift.

Must be able to lift-up to 30 pounds from floor to waist consistently throughout shift.

Steel-toed footwear is required.

2-5+ years of mechanical assembly/manufacturing experience, preferably with pumps, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, or industrial equipment

Strong mechanical aptitude

Ability to independently read and interpret: Engineering drawings, BOMs, Assembly drawings, Schematics, Work instructions, JO/SO documentation

Proficient with precision measuring equipment

Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly practices

Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Ability to perform torque, alignment, fitting, tubing, and component installation correctly

Ability to perform and document functional, pressure, leak, and/or performance testing

Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues

Ability to identify root causes of assembly problems and recommend corrective actions
