Equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering Degree (BS) from a four-year college or university and a minimum of five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience with mechanical systems and lean manufacturing principles.

Familiarity with a diverse range of materials (i.e. aluminum alloys, stainless steel alloys, engineering polymers, composites, etc.).

Must have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and technical data.
