Lead Food Services Team Member
The purpose of this job is to provide operational support to the restaurant management team
Position will supervise restaurant activities during non-peak service hours and other hours as needed
Monitors food prep and register procedures and cash handling policies and processes
Accountable for hospitality and Speed of Service (SOS) goals at all times according to Brand and PTC Hospitality standards
