Experience in driveline, powertrain, transmission, axle, or other complex mechanical assembly environments
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
Experience with launch support, equipment integration, or process validation
Knowledge of lean manufacturing, standardized work, PFMEA, control plans, and error-proofing
Experience with PLC-controlled equipment, automation interfaces, and troubleshooting in a production setting
Experience using statistical tools, data visualization, and manufacturing performance metrics to drive decisions
Proven ability to lead continuous improvement projects with measurable results
